  • Project management, UAT management

  • Design, configuration and testing of revised SAP Concur Travel, Request and Expense setup to reflect updated pre-trip approval policy globally

  • Testing, verification of policy adherence, re-design of compliance rules and rollout of New Concur Travel (nCT, T2) in 50 markets

  • Design and creation of SAP Concur Intelligence based custom extracts to transfer data from Concur to/post in ERP 

European Technology Company:

  • Selected as the CIP partner to implement SAP Concur (Travel and Expense, SAP ERP integration, as well as various additional SAP Concur modules and integrations), we've designed, implemented and deployed the SAP Concur platform to 15 countries (and various businesses) in all global regions 

Multinational Beauty Company:

  • ​Project Management and Implementation of SAP Concur Travel and Expense with ADP integration, SAP ERP integration, credit card integration and Global Pay 

  • Design of completely new setup since the original deployment a few years back by another company wasn't done right and employees didn't use the platform at all or not as intended

  • Deployment to US and CA, including training (end-users, assistants and back-office staff) as well as designing and implementing month-end and reconciliation processes (including respective Cognos reports)

Global Food Processing and Airport Equipment Company:

  • Selected as the CIP partner to implement SAP Concur (Travel and Expense, various integrations to differing ERPs, as well as various additional SAP Concur modules and integrations), we've designed, implemented and deployed the SAP Concur platform to all regions and markets globally

  • Redesign existing platform (Travel and Expense. TMC integration, HCP database and card integration) to ensure the client is able to get the best out of its investment into SAP Concur as well as a great end-user experience 

  • Development of Cognos reporting set for monthly management reporting deck .

  • Deliver ongoing End-User and Admin support 

US Conglomerate Manufacturer of Industrial Products [7 billion revenue in 2020]:

  • Merging of three Concur platforms into one (EMEA and APAC were separate entities and N.A. was part of another parent company)
