  • Analyze existing platforms, company policies and business processes for the Americas, as well as the three separate setups for France, the UK/Ireland and Australia/New Zealand
  • Design a whole new setup (system and processes) for one combined platform, servicing all global regions and utilizing all required SAP Concur services as well as third-party integrations 
  • Configuration, testing and deployment of the new platform globally, including training and followed by support

Global Tax services and Software provider [1 billion revenue in 2022]:

  • Provide technical SAP Concur design, configuration and deployment services 

  • Design and configure the SAP Concur setup for rollout to client operating in over 60 countries, with integration of additional SAP Concur services and third-party integrations

  • Devise and lead system testing (functional and UAT) as well as trainings (admin and end user), followed by hypercare support

European Technology Company:

  • Selected as the CIP partner to implement SAP Concur (Travel and Expense, SAP ERP integration, as well as various additional SAP Concur modules and integrations), we've designed, implemented and deployed the SAP Concur platform to 15 countries (and various businesses) in all global regions 

Multinational Beauty Company:

  • ​Project Management and Implementation of SAP Concur Travel and Expense with ADP integration, SAP ERP integration, credit card integration and Global Pay 

  • Design of completely new setup since the original deployment a few years back by another company wasn't done right and employees didn't use the platform at all or not as intended

  • Deployment to US and CA, including training (end-users, assistants and back-office staff) as well as designing and implementing month-end and reconciliation processes (including respective Cognos reports)

Global Food Processing and Airport Equipment Company:

  • Selected as the CIP partner to implement SAP Concur (Travel and Expense, various integrations to differing ERPs, as well as various additional SAP Concur modules and integrations), we've designed, implemented and deployed the SAP Concur platform to all regions and markets globally

US Pharma Company:

  • Redesign existing platform (Travel and Expense. TMC integration, HCP database and card integration) to ensure the client is able to get the best out of its investment into SAP Concur as well as a great end-user experience 

  • Development of Cognos reporting set for monthly management reporting deck .

  • Deliver ongoing End-User and Admin support 

US Conglomerate Manufacturer of Industrial Products [7 billion revenue in 2020]:

  • Selected as the CIP partner to implement SAP Concur (Travel and Expense, various integrations to differing ERPs, as well as various additional SAP Concur modules and integrations), we've designed, implemented and deployed the SAP Concur platform to dozens of countries (and various businesses) in all global regions

  • Merge two existing Concur platforms (US and EMEA) onto one Global platform

  • Various additional projects, end-user support and admin support

European Financial Services company [130 billion revenue in 2017]:

  • Merging of three Concur platforms into one (EMEA and APAC were separate entities and N.A. was part of another parent company)

  • Concur Request, Expense and Pay rollout to 14 additional countries in APAC, EMEA and N.A

  • Deployment of Concur Travel to APAC, EMEA and North America

  • Deployment of additional Concur modules (Mobile, ExpenseIt, Triplink, Budget)

  • Subsequent platform rollout to additional countries in APAC and EMEA
